Types of Therapy: I draw from a variety of evidenced based modalities to meet the unique needs of each of my clients. A few of my faves include Relational Therapy, Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma- Focused CBT, Emotionally- Focused Therapy (EFT) and Attachment- Based Therapy.
